Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy Public debt management (PDM) and reserve management are often viewed in isolation, but modern approaches recognize that both need to be seen in a holistic, sovereign ALM context. This TA will focus on providing an integrated view of sovereign ALM issues.
