ADB has a comprehensive set of indicators for monitoring and evaluation climate change investments and a plan to implement progress.
ADB, in cooperation with development partners, has developed training tools on integrating climate and development planning that may be used on-line and in person.
ADB and partners develop a climate atlas that allows policy makers to access several layers of climate change data in one interactive platform to help inform development planning.
ADB develops a toolkit for operational communications and applies the tool to new climate change investments consistently across the region.

The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
The Accountability Mechanism provides a forum where people adversely affected by ADB-assisted projects can voice and seek solutions to their problems and report alleged noncompliance of ADB's operational policies and procedures.
