Brunei joined ADB in 2006. Brunei has been an active participant in BIMP-EAGA since the sub regional economic cooperation initiative was finalized in 1992. Brunei has actively supported regional cooperation initiatives, especially BIMP-EAGA initiatives.

Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy Brunei joined ADB in 2006. Brunei has been an active participant in BIMP-EAGA since the sub regional economic cooperation initiative was finalized in 1992. Brunei has actively supported regional cooperation initiatives, especially BIMP-EAGA initiatives.
Impact More efficient allocation and management of public resources within MOF, in accordance with international standards and good practice for PFM.
