The TA is a subproject of the cluster TA "Establishing a Pilot Center to Facilitate Climate Technology Investments in Asia and the Pacific. It will provide overall project management and coordination services for the cluster TA, and for the broader GEF-funded ADB-UNEP Pilot Asia-Pacific Climate Technology Network and Finance Center Project, of which the cluster TA is a part. ADB's components constitute the finance center of the joint project and will be implemented through the five subprojects of the cluster TA. ADB, as the lead agency for the joint project will have overall responsibility for reporting and managing communications with the GEF, and other partners.

Consulting Services | The technical assistance (TA) will require inputs of 60 person-months from individual national consultants, namely, a project coordinator and a project assistant, each to be engaged on a full-time basis. The consultants will provide technical and administrative support in the overall project management and coordination of ADB's pilot climate technology finance center and the broader ADB-UNEP project of which it is a part. They will assist the cluster TA team leader and members in ensuring the efficient and effective implementation and monitoring of the pilot center, including coordination and reporting to partners. |
