Consulting Services The S-RDTA will require 7 person-months of international consulting services. The international consultant (Capital Market Specialist) will be engaged by ADB as individual consultant in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time). The outline terms of reference for the consultant is in Appendix 3 of the TA report.
