Objectives and Scope
Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy One of the key strategic directions of the country partnership strategy (CPS) 2008 2010 for the PRC was inclusive growth and balanced development, focusing on poorer inland provinces and promoting integrated urban and rural development. For the proposed 2011 2015 CPS, which is currently under preparation, it continues to recognize inclusive growth as one of the pillars to foster balanced and equitable development.
