Two international consultants will be recruited to (i) undertake the study on trade finance market analysis and development plan in Cambodia; (ii) provide training to issuing banks, import and export companies and relevant government departments on trade finance operations and development.

The first consultant will be a trade finance expert with minimum 10 years trade finance experiences gained at commercial banks or other financial institutions. Experiences with trade finance markets in Cambodia or other ASEAN developing countries are required. The period of assignment is expected to be four months.

The second consultant will be a trade finance expert with minimum 7 years trade finance experiences gained at commercial banks or other financial institutions. He/she should also have direct experiences in providing trade finance training to banks in developing countries. The period of assignment is expected to be two months in total, spread across a span of 18 months.
