Consulting Services The TA is financing 51 person-months (pm) of consulting services including (i) 6 international consultants totaling 22 pm, and (ii) 6 national consultants totaling 29 pm. Recruitment of an international firm to provide the international and national consultants through QCBS has been completed. Consultants were mobilized in May 2013.
