| Consulting Services | A total of 37 person-months of consulting services (4 international consultants totaling 13 person-months and 2 national consultants totaling 244 person-months)will be required. ADB will engage individual international and national consultants, in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time). The consultants will have expertise in (i) transport sector policies and strategy, (ii) road sector, (iii) aviation, and (iv) railways. |
