The transaction technical assistance (TRTA) is a subproject under Technical Assistance Cluster 0013-INO: Sustainable Infrastructure Assistance Program as agreed with the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The TRTA supports the implementation of the Integrated Participatory Development and Management of Irrigation Program, specifically on (i) strengthening financial management system and capacity towards results based financing; (ii) upgrading the monitoring and evaluation system and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Program and disbursement linked indicators (DLIs); and (iii) strengthening capacity to verify achievement of the DLIs and the program action plan.
