Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) Recruitment of Labor Market Firm was initiated in April 2013 and expected to commence in November 2013. The TA was launched in July and a Technical Planning Workshop for EFIG with the participantion of the Institute for Labor Studies (DOLE) staff.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services A team of 12 international consultants (total of 71 person-months) and 7 national consultants (total of 117 person-months) will be engaged to carry out activities under the TA. International and national consultants will be recruited by the ADB through individual contract services to carry out activities under output 1 and international and national consultants will be recruited by the ADB through one firm to implement all activities under output 2 in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers [2007 as amended from time to time].
Procurement The DOLE will provide office space with furniture and support services for the consultants, while office computers and supplies will be provided by the TA.
