Regional : Capacity Development for the Supply Chain Finance Program (Phase 2) (Subproject 3)
The proposed technical assistance (TA) will help TSCFP reduce market gaps for trade finance. The TA will fund the engagement of consultants (i) for business operations and administration to manage growing volumes, thereby complementing existing staff resources, and (ii) for various capacity building initiatives such as enhanced sustainability/safeguards, integrity due diligence, and gender policies. To further close gaps, promote regional cooperation and integration and as a tool to address the pandemic, the TA will also fund delivery of knowledge products, services, and solutions.
