Consulting Services
ADB financed consulting services through an international consulting firm the TA. The selection and engagement of the international firm was done through qualityand cost-based selection (QCBS) in accordance with Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time). The consulting firm was mobilized in June 2015 and completed the services in December 2016. The ensuing project (loan) was approved in December 2016.
