The TA to support LGED, has two outputs (i) governance and fiduciary risks identified and agreed; and (ii) a road map with clear milestones and dates to ensure good governance,

including immediate, intermediate and long-term actions requiring further funding, developed and operationalized by LGED.

Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) Minor change of implementation arrangement has been approved for implementation of the remaining tasks of the TA through engagement of individual consultants. Recruitment of individual consultant is in process and the extension of TA completion date will be required.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services There is provision for 5 national consulant for total input of 25 man-months on intermittent basis.
Procurement Equipment will be procured using shopping procedures in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2013, as amended from time to time) and will be turned over to the government after completion of the TA.
