Philippines: Emergency Assistance for Relief and Recovery from Typhoon Yolanda

ADB is helping the Philippines cover immediate costs in rebuilding areas affected by Typhoon Yolanda (also known as Haiyan). The emergency assistance loan will ensure that the government is able to provide support in five priority areas - shelter and reconstruction, power restoration, livelihood and employment, resettlement and psychosocial care, and environmental protection.
