Consulting Services | The consulting firm (the Consultant) has been engaged in accordance with ADB's Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated PAIs/TA staff instructions using quality and cost-based selection (QCBS) method with 90:10 ratio. The contract is time-based. The technical assistance will require at least 75 international person-months and 49 national person-months of consulting services. The assignment is structured in two phases and the consulting firm will prepare both. |
