During Project Design Government Ministries, the IA, JICA, the Embassy of Japan, private sector banks, the Credit Guarantee Fund LLC, EBRD, IFC, FRC, BOM, and small business chamber were all consulted through-out project design. Outreach stakeholder workshops were completed in June 2015 for governement and official stakeholders and also for commercial banks and SMEs.
During Project Implementation Regular contact is made with counterparts at the Ministry of Finance (EA) and the Credit Gurantee Fund of Mongolia (IA). Communication and coordination is also held regularly with JICA.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services The TA will engage 5 international consultants for 13 person-months and 5 national consultants for 16 person-months total in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time), and proceeds will be disbursed in accordance with ADB's Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time). Consultants will be individually engaged.
