Consulting Services | The TA will be undertaken by a team of individual consultants with a combination of international and national consultants. A total of 50 person-months (one international financing policy expert for 4 person-months and six national experts for 46 person-months) of consulting services will be provided. The consults will be recruited as individual consultants, in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time). |
Procurement | In case of any equipment to be purchased, all procurement will be undertaken in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2013, as amended from time to time).
