During Project Design The National Development and Reform Comission (NDRC) is responsible for designing policies and regulations to promote demand side management programs in the PRC.
During Project Implementation The Bureau of Economic Operations Adjustment of the NDRC is the executing agency. The Power Division of the Bureau of Economic Operations Adjustment is the implementing agency.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services The TA will be undertaken by a team of individual consultants with a combination of international and national consultants. A total of 50 person-months (one international financing policy expert for 4 person-months and six national experts for 46 person-months) of consulting services will be provided. The consults will be recruited as individual consultants, in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended from time to time).
Procurement In case of any equipment to be purchased, all procurement will be undertaken in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2013, as amended from time to time). The proceeds of the TA will be disbursed in accordance with the Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time).
