Consulting Services Consultants for approved proposals will be engaged to conduct tailored training based on DMCs needs, carry out assessment, and/or provide support for Smart campaign certification in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time).
Procurement ADB, through the Office of Regional Economic Integration supported by the Financial Sector Development Community of Practice, will be the executing agency of the TA. OREI management will screen and approve all proposals in consultation with FSD CoP chair to ensure proper and efficient allocation of resources. TA funds will be disbursed in accordance with ADB's Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time).
