Philippines: Expanding Private Participation in Infrastructure Program, Subprogram 1

Sovereign Project | 48458-001

The Asian Development Bank is helping the Philippines lay the groundwork for public-private partnerships (PPPs) to become a key vehicle for infrastructure development. The program supports policy measures to boost government capacity for rolling out PPP projects, as well as strengthening the legal framework for partnerships. Under developed infrastructure is hampering efforts to grow the economy.
