The Asian Development Bank is working with Viet Nam to modernize technical and vocational education and training. The project is helping the Ministry of Labor–Invalids and Social Affairs to upgrade teaching and learning environments and establish professional training schemes for teacher and managers of training providers with a special focus on student-centered, hands-on teaching methods and entrepreneurial approaches.
