Consulting Services ADB will engage consultants to provide TA for enhanced gender equality results in SERD DMCs. These will comprise (i) 30 person-months of international inputs (at least 24 person-months individuals and remaining 6 person-months individuals and/or firms ); (ii) 24 person-months of national inputs to be based in ADB headquarters (one full-time); and (iii) 168 person-months of national inputs in SERD resident missions (24 person-months for seven consultants, i.e., one each in Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and the Philippines, and two in Viet Nam). ADB will engage the consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions.
