The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is providing technical assistance (TA) support for Indo Wind Power Holdings (IWPH) which is developing a 20MW wind farm in West Timor. The proposed West Timor Wind Farm will connect to an existing and newly constructed 70kV transmission network, owned by PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN), the national electricity utility in Indonesia. The support covers two studies: (i) a grid integration study, and (ii) a geo-physics/chemical, biodiversity and socio-economic baseline study for the site.

Consulting Services Three individual consultants will be hired for carrying out the three studies funded by the TA, over a four months period, indicatively between April and July 2015.
Procurement PSOD will be responsible for the selection and engagement of the consultants and the general supervision of the work. IWPH staff (project sponsor) will supervise the consultant on a day-today basis and contribute to the research and analysis as needed. IWPH will be the recipient of the TA. All TA disbursements will be made in accordance with ADB's Technical Assistance Disbursement Handbook (2010, as amended from time to time).
