The TA will be implemented over a period of 36 months from March 2017 to February 2020. Through CMS, 5 international consultants for a total of 25 person-months, with expertise in investment policy (one international expert for 10 person-months), innovation policy (one international expert for 4 person months), workplace skills (one international expert for 4 person-months), labor market activation programs (one international expert for 4 person-months), and statistician (international, 3-person-months) will be engaged under the TA for Outputs 1-3. Three national consultants (total of 36 person-months one finance manager, one administrator and one grants coordinator) will be responsible for supporting the TA project management unit and the TA Committees.
