Policy actions under the second tranche will be completed by September 2018.
On 5 September, the Mission replaced the previous project officer for the program, and briefed the MOF accordingly;
" Two matters that were addressed were: (i) the finalization of the Tranche 2 Progress Report and (ii) the preparation of an extension request by MOF
" The Mission obtained from MOF the information required to respond to OGC's comment on the Tranche 2 Progress Report (relating to (i) the lack of clarity regarding targeting under the Child Money Program; and (ii) the continued validity of targeting guidelines on the Child Money Program;
" The Mission further briefed MOF on the envisaged steps towards disbursement, including the required extension request from MOF;
" The revised anticipated disbursement date is now scheduled for third week October.
