The Association also held its first General Assembly in March 2018 with support from the TA and begun to implement a program of activities that align with its vision and mission. |

| During Project Implementation | There has been extensive stakeholder consultation and participation during implementation. The inception workshops for the TA included workshops with coffee sector stakeholders in Dili, as well as in the main coffee growing regions of Ermera and Ainaro. Subsequent TA activities have been implemented using participatory approaches. The final choice of pilot activity was made following close consultation with the Timor Coffee Association. |
