Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) As of 31 August 2022, the subsidiary loan agreement for FIL was signed off; 3 individual consultants & 1 project management consulting firm are mobilized to support the project implementation;3 goods contracts were awarded; the 1st civil works contract will be awarded soon with the bid evaluation report obtained ADB's approval in September 2022.

During Project Design
During Project Implementation A virtual Specific Procurement Training was arranged by ADB's PRC Resident Mission on 18 March 2021 to assist the start-up and implementation of Loan 4012 under the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Project Management Office for the Inner Mongolia Sustainable Cross-Border Development Investment Program - Tranche 1. The training course was presented and delivered by PRCM staff and a procurement expert. The training included procedures on the preparation of bidding documents, bid opening and evaluation, contract administration and contract management among others to help improve the capacities of the EAs and IAs.
