Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy | It would be critical in this transitional time to help SCI, NAPM, MOF and other stakeholders with adequate and timely support and technical and policy advice to ensure good project management mechanisms are established and the procurement and contract management systems are optimized. It would be also vital to have roles and functions of the SCI and the NAPM clarified and relevant capacities established. A TA approach should be flexible enough to meet emerging advisory and capacity development needs of the government in a timely manner. | ||||||||
