Consulting Services Procurement of goods, works, and consulting services will be carried out following ADB's Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time). Contracting agreements for any construction will adhere to the country's labor standards and the international Core Labor Standards. Grant proceeds will be disbursed in accordance with ADB's Loan Disbursement Handbook (2017, as amended from time to time), and detailed arrangements agreed between the city government and ADB.
