Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The TA subproject 2, which focuses on environmental aspects, will support the overall TA cluster with strong focus on mainstreaming ecological protection into legislatives and the implementation of the YRB ecological protection and high-quality green development master plan, which is currently being reviewed by the central government.
