Uzbekistan : Solar Public-Private Partnership Investment Program - Tranche 1 (Sherabad Solar Project)
The first tranche project will be built on approximately 600 hectares of unused and flat state-owned land in Sherabad, Uzbekistan. The project site offers suitable conditions to build solar PV plant with adequate solar irradiation. The estimated project cost for constructing this 200MW solar PV plant, and associated 52 km of 220 kilovolts (kV) transmission line and substation facilities is $190 million, which will be funded by the IPP
