Consulting Services ADB will engage the consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated staff instructions. Individual consultants will be recruited through individual selection to provide 22 person-months of international and 60 person-months of national consulting services. Individual consultants are expected to bring in-depth knowledge of the subject and extensive hands-on experience in dealing with businesses and governments in multiple geographies. Resource persons will also be engaged to contribute to the delivery of regional knowledge events under the TA.
