Consulting Services ADB will engage the consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions. The TA will require 30 person-months of international individual consultant inputs and 105 person-months of national consultant inputs. To ensure a smooth transition, and given that the tasks are a continuation of previous work under the existing TA (Capacity for Regional Economic Integration), selected consultants will be engaged through direct contracting.
