Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The delivery of efficient and effective services by state institutions to its citizens requires robust country fiduciary systems. Ensuring that ADB projects utilize such country systems effectively is one of the three strategic pillars of the OP6 operational plan, which notes the need to help DMCs identify issues constraining their country systems and commits ADB to accelerate its support to strengthen them. This TA will help strengthen DMCs' fiduciary systems and capacity, increasing the possibility that ADB and other development partners will be able to utilize country systems in their operations.
