DCCNR and ADB will jointly recruit all consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time), the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time), and associated staff instructions. Consulting services will comprise four output-based consulting firm packages, and seven input-based individual consultants as outlined in the PAM. |
