During Project Design | The proposed knowledge support technical assistance (TA) for Natural Resources Operations Support and Enhancement will contribute to strengthening the government's capacity to improve sustainable infrastructure development in the agriculture, natural resources and rural development (ANR) sector in Afghanistan. The proposed TA was consulted with Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL), Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD), and National Water Affairs Regulation Authority (NWARA) the implementing agencies and the Ministry of Finance (the executing agency). The TA's objectives are linked to the visions of the National Infrastructure Plan (NIP), 20172021 and the Afghanistan National Peace and Development Framework (ANPDF) 2017-2021 . |
