The TA Subproject aims to assist Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) clients in improving quality delivery of their gender development results and meeting their gender commitments reflected in the projects' GAPs. The focus of the TA Subproject will therefore to provide support in developing gender measures and corporate initiatives and adapt business practices to the need for new business models that are more gender inclusive.
