Regional : Subproject 3: Technical Assistance for ADB Ventures Gender Mainstreaming
The TA Subproject aims to provide support to the ADB Ventures Team, and its clients, to ensure high quality gender mainstreaming in new funds, investment projects and technical assistance grants when applicable. The focus of the TA Subproject is to conduct project reviews and gender analysis, define gender action plans in the processing and administration of projects, and design guidelines for gender mainstreaming in ADB Venture projects.The TA resources will serve to support the project reviews, processing and administration of gender measures, as well as design innovative gender-lens tools for the ADB Venture projects.
