Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The proposed program intends to sustain the reforms implemented under the SASEC Customs Reform and Modernization for Trade Facilitation Program to be complemented by policy interventions that will (i) improve supply chain of critical goods during pandemics, (ii) enhance export competitiveness , and (iii) build capacities of public and private sector.
