Consulting Services TA will recruit four individual consultants to provide 38 person-months of consulting inputs (international, 2 person-months; and national, 36 person-months). ADB will engage the consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions.
