Consulting Services ADB will engage the consultants in consultation with the executing agency and carry out procurement following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated procurement staff instructions. A national consulting firm, with total inputs of 41 person-months, will be recruited using the consultants' qualifications selection method.
