Limited (EACL) and its subsidiaries (ECOM), for the ECOM COVID-19 Smallholder Farmer Livelihood Support Project (Regional). The loan will support ECOM's short term liquidity needs to ensure continuation of ECOM's operations in Asia throughout the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
