Consulting Services The TA will recruit individual consultants namely (i) international institutional capacity development specialist, (ii) national public policy development specialist, (iii) national public investment management specialist, (iv) national monitoring & evaluation specialist, (v) national project coordinator, and various resource persons, both international and national, to support specific policy studies and training programs, following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time).
