Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) | -No stand-alone capacity building training has been provided thus far. But the consultants provided on-job training to the new staff of the respective departments; -The project supported effective implementation of ODA policy and improvement of project implementation and management, both at MOF and the newly established MED; -The consultant at MOF drafted a methodology for prioritizing and selecting new projects to be implemented with ODA financing to help efficient use of the funds in a view of financial shortcomings-The consultants have supported a processing of the Countercyclical Support Facility, a $100 million emergency financing to support Mongolia during the exogenous shocks. The CSF was approved by the ADB Board on 25 August. The loan agreement was signed on 26 August 2022. |
