Consulting Services | A consulting firm will be recruited using the quality-and cost-based selection method, using a quality-cost ratio of 90:10 by submitting a simplified technical proposal. The successful firm should have demonstrated expertise in climate change adaptation and community engagement with prior experience working in Mongolia as a requirement. All national specialists hired as part of this TA must be fluent in written and spoken English and possess graduate degrees or equivalent experiences relevant to the scope of the work. The international specialist should have prior experience working in Mongolia, an understanding of the country context, and familiarity with concerned government institutions. All consultants will provide inputs to the reports, coordinated by the team leader who will provide overall supervision, oversight, and quality-control. The team leader will also be responsible of procurement under output 1. |
