Description ADB continues to introduce, raise awareness, and promote various ADB financial products that are available to borrowers (Financial Products) to clients in developing member countries (DMC) through the delivery of capacity development workshops. ADB's Financial Products workshops will primarily cover the Flexible Loan Product, Concessional Loans, Local Currency Loans (LCL), and debt management products.
Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The purpose of these workshops is to explain the basic concepts, unique features, terms and conditions of the Financial Products. A better understanding of the Financial Products will enable borrowers to utilize appropriate Financial Products and assist DMCs in making informed decisions. The proposed SS-KSTA supports ADB's Operational Priority 6: Strengthening Governance and Institutional Capacity, and aims to continue and build upon ADB's past efforts in strengthening the institutional capacities of borrowers in using ADB's Financial Products to help manage loan project and debt management requirements.
