Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) The inception mission was held on 15 June 2023 and the inception report was received in June. A pre-visit meeting was held virtually on 5 September 2023. The implementing agency and CS-01 firm shared the basic information about the site, and ADB and MOHURD shared requirements and expectations for the site visit which was held on 8 September 2023. Individual consultants shared specific plans and requirements. The EA also requested to include an international study tour in the TA.

Consulting Services ADB will engage (i) a consulting firm with expertise in green and low-carbon rural housing research and pilot implementation using simplified consultant's qualifications selection method and full technical proposal; and (ii) five individual consultants using individual consultant selection method (1 international, and 4 national). The engagement of consultants and procurement of equipment will follow the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions.
