During Project Design The proposed TA was identified, conceptualized, and prepared through discussions and consultations with project officers of the ensuing projects.
During Project Implementation During project implementation, the TA will be jointly monitored by the project officer assigned to the TA and the project officers of each ensuing project within the SG-ENE and SG-URB. The TA is supporting the preparatory works and due diligence of three projects (i) Ningbo Green and Low-Carbon Development Project, (ii) Shaanxi Low-Carbon and Integrated Urban-Rural Sustainable Development Program, and (iii) Chongqing Nature-Based, Green, Low-Carbon, and High-Quality Urban Development Demonstration, which are all for 2024 pipeline. The concept papers of Ningbo and Shaanxi low-carbon projects were approved on 11 July 2023 and 18 September 2023, respectively.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services TA activities for each ensuing project will require a team of international and national consultants to be engaged by ADB. Recruitments based on the requirements of each ensuing project will be done in accordance with ADB's Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and associated Staff Instructions.
Procurement ADB will carry out procurement following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions/and or staff instructions.
