Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy ADB's developing member countries (DMCs) are increasingly demanding knowledge solutions for a complex set of development challenges arising from climate change, aging society, gender gaps, urbanization, income inequalities, global value-chains, and COVID-19 pandemic. Having one-stop access to ADB and its development partners' experts and their knowledge solutions becomes necessary for DMCs in tackling such challenges. The TA is in line with Strategy 2030 and Knowledge Management Action Plan 2021-2025. The TA builds on the KSTA 9388-REG Sharing Development Knowledge Solutions in Asia and the Pacific.
