Consulting Services The TA will engage (i) a firm using simplified consultant qualification selection with 27 person-months of international and national inputs including climate policy expert, climate mitigation and adaptation specialists, and other sector experts in the field of climate change, environmental law, public policy, forest sector, and energy; (ii) individual consultants with 4.5 person-months of inputs; and (iii) resource persons.
